Payment Policy

To confirm your stay, 50% of total booking amount is required at the time of booking & balance 45 days prior to arrival date.
If your booking is within 45 days from arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Applicable only when cancellation is sent by email.

7 days and less- 100% cancellation.
8 days to 21 days- 60% cancellation.
21 days to 35 days- 30% cancellation.
35 days and above- 20% cancellation.
Amendment in dates within 35 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
Long weekend bookings (Diwali, Holi, Christmas and New Year) are non-refundable.
In case of force-majeure, we will review our terms & conditions and retention policies.
